Care instructions
- Every order shipped out includes an installation sheet with step by step directions. These instructions are to ensure the surface area is properly cleaned, your product is dry-fitted for fitment purposes, and then installed properly!

Gift wrapping and packaging
- We do not offer gift wrapping, but our products are mostly vacuumed sealed with a plastic wrap protection layer and will be shipped in a package!

- For any information regarding the size, version, or variation of any of our products please feel free to message us with any questions!
Has my order shipped yet?
- All products are made to order that can take 3-7 business days in manufacturing before being able to be shipped out. Once the product(s) has finished manufacturing, it will ship and you will get notified with tracking!
Shipping
- We offer free flat rate shipping via USPS First Class Mail for orders going anywhere within the US only. For any international shipments, we are not responsible for any taxes/duties that may need to be paid and require a phone number for customs.
Returns for Refunds
- We accept returns for refunds for any non-custom products that have not been used or tampered with. For products with the 3M Adhesive backing, the protective liner must be intact and not used to receive a full refund of the product(s). To Start a return, you will need to reach out to us on here or via Sales@Tufskinz.com for the return form for you to fill out and send back with the product(s). Please note that we do not provide a return label for any orders that were fulfilled correctly on our end.
